1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Pure Luxe Clean (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer residential and/or commercial cleaning services as outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation. Specific duties are limited to the scope of work described in our service packages or as agreed upon in writing.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website. Same day booking is also available with an extra charge depending on cleaner availability.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $50 service charge
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change with notice.
Payment is due upon completion / in advance / on a recurring schedule, as agreed
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer
Late payments may incur interest at $10 per day or the maximum allowed by law.
5. Access and Safety
The Client must ensure that cleaners have safe and unobstructed access to the property.
All valuables should be stored securely.
The Company is not responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to locked premises, hazardous conditions, or interruptions beyond our control.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, you must notify us within 12 hours of completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to re-clean the area in question at no additional cost.
7. Liability and Insurance
We are insured for general liability and damage.
We will not be responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation of appliances, or normal wear and tear.
Any claim for damage must be reported not more than 2 hours of service completion.
8. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about the service location and any special instructions.
Ensure that pets are secured and that cleaners are not exposed to aggressive animals.
Remove clutter that may hinder cleaning efforts.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice of 3 days without penalty.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we feel unsafe, are mistreated, or the working conditions are hazardous.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Winnipeg Manitoba Canada.
